The room was brand-new and clean and we truly enjoyed out exceptionally comfortable bed. The location was particularly good and ideal, so close to downtown Colorado Springs as well as downtown, and the free parking was an excellent bonus. It also was close to many attractions.

My room included central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave oven. It was amazingly comfortable and easy to move around, private bathroom. The location was good, very close to downtown.

It was in the central location close to many attractions. We were upgraded to a brand-new and clean room with thermostat set at 90 degrees.

Some of the staff were very rude.

All in all marvellous setting not far from many attractions, and Manitou Springs. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Heated pool, parking nearby.
